Any ideas what this error means?
Happens when I try to execute:
Microsoft.Office.RecordsManagement.InformationPolicy.Policy.CreatePolicy(SPContentType ct, Policy globalPolicy)
Conclusion: Believe it or not - simply ignore this error!!! The policy is created despite the exception - so catch the exception - and then continue. Excellent API.

ran into the problem but doesn't appear to work with the error :(
I ran into this error today. Can we simply ignore it? For me, the error was presented when associating a 5 year expiration with a delete action in the Information Management policy settings.
This isn't Twitter, Morty, it's a blog.
Please do everyone the courtesy of:
(a) responding to comments in a timely way, and;
b) modifying your Blogger template to show the date of each post and comment.
Just displaying time on its own isn't terribly meaningful.
Thanks!
Hi Anonymous,
Twit or not - now you can view the date also. Good point.
